Our Story

Rooted in the Blue Ridge foothills

Barboursville Winery sits at the crossroads of Virginia's wine country, where the rolling hills of the Blue Ridge meet fertile valley soil. What began as a passion for the land has grown into a winery that honors the region's viticultural heritage while pushing toward something distinctly our own.

Every bottle carries the character of this place — the mineral-rich earth, the mountain breezes, the long Virginia summers. We tend our vines with patience and craft our wines with intention, believing that great wine is made in the vineyard first and the cellar second.
